Cabbage Medley

Cabbage Medley represents the signature vegetable menu from CCJJ Catering. It is made from a combination of cabbage, carrots and other vegetables such as bell peppers, garlic, onions with other special Jamaican herbs and spices.

The vegetables are sliced and sauteed and can be served/eaten by itself or with a combination of any other menus.

Cabbage Medley goes well with rice and peas, brown stew chicken, jerk chicken or any other meats and fish from the ccjjcatering menu.

The cost for a small pan of cabbage medley is $80.00 and a large pan is $110.00.
